SUMMER HOLIDAY CAMPS!
Lots going on for any keen players in Hong Kong this summer! Morning sessions every weekday at the Stanley Ho Sports Centre, as well as selected weeks at King’s Park. We also have regular classes all summer which you can search here.
We will have different camp themes each week to keep players developing and enjoying themselves every day. Sign up for a single day, or a whole week.
Summer Fun: Our coaches will organise different challenges, tests and games each day – e.g crossbar challenge, football tennis, football bowling, speed gun power tests. Lots of short, fun activities to keep players engaged all session!
Hot Soccer Skills: This camp works on improving players’ technique with the ball at their feet – Nutmeg like Neymar, show magic like Messi and beat like Bale! Every day players learn new techniques that they can practice in 1v1 battles and small-sided games.
Shape-Up: Players work on their body and brain! Speed tests & skills tests work on improving soccer technique, while “Soccer IQ” challenges get players thinking faster and improving their decision-making skills.
The camps are suitable for all levels of player who will be split into groups by age & ability each day. At both camp locations you can sign up by the day, or for the whole camp – but please register in advance! Any questions – just let us know!
Stanley Ho Sports Centre – 08:30am – 11:00am daily.
Every weekday from 3rd July to 25th August
$360/day ($350 for IHP members) – sign up for as many/few days as you like!
At this location we will run sessions for both regular players, as well as specific goalkeeper sessions. In the goalkeeper groups players get two hours of goalie activities, before playing in games with their team-mates for the final part of each day’s camp.
King’s Park Sports Ground, Jordan, Kowloon – 08:30am-11:00am daily on selected days:
Week 1 – Mon 3, Tue 4, Wed 5 & Fri 7 July
Week 2 – Mon 10, Tue 11, Wed 12 & Fri 14 July
Week 3 – Mon 7, Wed 9 & Fri 11 August
INDOOR Camps in Hong Kong Academy Sports Hall, Sai Kung – 16:00pm to 18.00pm on selected weeks:
Week 1 – July 3-7 (Mon-Fri) – Summer Fun
Week 2 – July 10-14 (Mon-Fri) – Hot Soccer Skills
$280 per day.

Sample Schedule: During the summer we stop very regularly for water and rest breaks, as well as a longer mid-session break. A typical 2.5 hour camp day is as follows:
0 mins – Ball per player, introduce daily topic
25 mins – Technical practice 1
40 mins – Technical practice 2
55 mins – Skill practice 1
70 mins – Skill practice 2
85 mins – BREAK TIME
100 mins – Daily Challenge (e.g. juggling/skill/shooting challenge)
115 mins – Conditioned Game
130 mins – Small Sided Games/Tournaments
150 mins – Camp Ends
